Ushma Issar is the CEO and co-founder of Rypple, a global health ecosystem hub focused on shifting health systems from disease treatment to prevention. She works at the intersection of policy, innovation, and cross-sector collaboration, helping governments, corporates, and innovators design systems that make “health-ing” easier by default. Ushma has over 10 years of experience in the global medical device industry and now focuses on building prevention-oriented policy frameworks, health investment models, and ecosystem partnerships that deliver long-term societal value.
