The Bite by Bite project was a collaboration between Utrecht University Medical Centre, Utrecht University College, The Pit, and Being Well Catalysts’ Tasty and Healthy Planet Cooking Club in Utrecht. Funded by the Planetary Health Seed Grants from Utrecht University and UMC Utrecht, this initiative aimed to raise awareness, inspire action, and foster dialogue around sustainable and healthy food within Utrecht city and its campus communities (Science Park and International Campus).
