Other agents can then analyse the data, generate insights, and prepare reports.

We are testing it currently with a focus on the quality of care. For so long, the quality of care was difficult to measure or quantify other than via numbers. Collecting qualitative data and being able to analyse them in the same standardised way ensures a better overview of both issues and possible solutions that enable real total quality management in healthcare!
